Expansion of a residential care centre and surrounding landscaping on a plot adjacent to Résidence Franki.

The works involve :

• The earthworks for the construction of the building's cellars;
• The construction of the residential care centre itself with the basement and openings on the ground floor to connect the building to the existing Résidence Franki;
• The construction of a new connecting corridor in the existing underground car park;
• The redesign of the ground-floor flat of Résidence Franki in direct connection with the corridor of the new residential care centre;
• The environmental landscaping and construction of the park at the rear of the new building.
