Willemen Bouw: building with passion, growing with people. Willemen Bouw was established on 30 April 2025 through the merger of Willemen Construct, Cosimco, Franki Construct, and Tools. We focus on three main segments: civil engineering, industrial construction, and building projects. In addition to traditional construction works, Willemen Bouw also carries out projects using DBFM (Design, Build, Finance, Maintain) and PPP (Public-Private Partnership) models, in which our own contribution in terms of design and financing plays a decisive role.

We enjoy thinking along with our clients and prefer to be involved in a project as early as possible. From day one, we work together with our construction partners to determine the best approach for each project.
