Building a complex with a new administrative centre for Sint Oda and asbl Stijn, care offices and logistics services. Our assignment consists of two parts:

• Demolition of some existing buildings: technical services and laundry, main building and main kitchen, remaining part of water extraction building;
• Construction of a new centre for administrative and logistics services, with the hall for logistics services being delivered as shell.

Campus Sint Oda is a service centre for children and adults with severe multiple disabilities and moderate to profound intellectual disabilities in Pelt, Limburg. Campus Sint Oda is part of the non-profit Stijn network. The assignment includes new accommodation for the administration of Sint Oda, vzw Stijn and care offices, as well as for the logistics services (hot kitchen, technical service, work corner, warehouses and laundry) and the party room. B2Ai's architects added an extra dimension to the request from Sint Oda Campus and vzw Stijn: to create an experiential heart for the site. The new central building will become a pole of attraction and hub for the existing scattered residential buildings. The adjacent campus square reinforces this new centrality.
