Senior Homes’ Clarenhof residential building represents the latest generation of assisted-living flats with customised hotel service. People can live there when they are self-sufficient, as well as stay there when they need care. In addition to the 110 flats, the five residential blocks have many communal areas and the residents also have a café, a laundry room, a fitness and wellness area, a hair salon, and a central courtyard garden. Two façades of the former monastery have been preserved and integrated into the project, and thus determine the look of the village. For Senior Homes, we have also built Vijverhof, a residential building with 68 spacious assisted-living homes in Zwevegem.
