Bella Vita is a family neighbourhood with 87 houses and 182 flats on a 15-hectare site that unites all health facilities (medical and paramedical equipment, nursing home, daycare, swimming pool, etc.) with adapted housing for every generation. The residential complex is also one of the first in Belgium with a residential heat network, which means that only a limited number of heat sources supply heat to the entire complex.
