Renovation and construction of a kindergarten belonging to Xaveriuscollege in Borgerhout.
The new school building is completely enclosed in an urban environment. Within the building block, parts were renovated and old structures demolished to make way for the new kindergarten.
Xaveriuscollege is a Belgian Jesuit college located in the Antwerp district of Borgerhout. Since 2004, the college has also had a kindergarten department, located at the Stenenbrug in Borgerhout.

The works are comprehensive:

• Demolition and renovation of existing structures,
• New school building: structural work, finishing, techniques,
• Environmental construction: sewers, canopies, paving (playground and inner gardens),
• Fully equipped with the latest techniques: HVAC, plumbing, electricity.
