The project comprises the new construction of a bespoke workshop for Webo. The new building will include a workshop with space for workshops, meeting rooms, a refectory, changing rooms, sanitary facilities, a car park and bicycle sheds. In addition, a separate shed will also be built for the greenery service and with materials for electrical assembly.
