Integrated cooperation, in "bouwteams" (construction teams) and similar structures, is becoming increasingly popular, including at Willemen Groep. With bouwteam projects we sit together around the table with all construction partners to examine all aspects of a project thoroughly and simultaneously. This enables us to detect problems at an early stage and also eliminate non-viable elements. This integrated approach also translates into partnerships with the other Group companies, for example in DBFMO or PPP projects. Working in a bouwteam requires a huge dose of know-how, knowledge and flexibility, all areas in which Willemen Groep excels. Our role is primarily a controlling one. Hence, we can critically co-determine the entire construction project, throughout its entire life cycle. The result for our clients is an optimized project, with a proper balance between quality, timing and price, and in particular with fewer problems.
