New building for the VIIO Tongeren in the context of "Scholen van Morgen". The project comprises a total of 6,674 m² of classrooms and subject areas, a cafeteria, a technical area and a sports hall, as well as 1,000 m² of environmental works: covered playground, open playground, parking and manoeuvring area, etc. The project was carried out in the DBM formula.
