Realisation of an urban micro-zone of 0.54 ha (surface of > 8,040 m²). Construction of a creative hub, 5 relay halls (including one Fab-Lab), a business centre, offices, housing with commercial spaces on the ground floor and an underground car park. The municipality of Tournai and IDETA have launched the urban upgrading of the island between Poissonsceaux quay, rue Chèrequefosseet and rue Madame.

Phase 1 will run from 11/2016 to 12/2020, phase 2 from 01/2020 to 04/2022.
