Among other things, this large-scale development across from the ULB site in Oudergem comprises a 8,400 m² care home and a 4,400 m² hotel. A five-level car park has been added underneath the building. The Armonea care home was completed in the spring of 2020, and the hotel followed shortly afterwards in August. In the first half of 2020, Willemen Construct also started work on Deltaview, which included student housing as well as a residential section.
