De Nieuwe Erven is a new-build complex commissioned by the Woonboog social housing company. The complex contains 42 social housing units - 15 houses and 27 flats - spread over five residential blocks. Bulk Architects in collaboration with Studie 10, were appointed to design these social housing units.

We started work on 16/01/2023 and provisionally delivered on 23/05/2024, four months before the contractual completion date.
