Clarenhof - Malines

Description 

The Clarenhof is named after the former convent of the Riches Claires (Rijke Claren) that once stood on the Leermarkt in Mechelen. This urban renewal project consists of 64 flats with a large terrace and 32 urban dwellings with a garden, two shopping areas and a semi-public inner garden. The basement has a car park for 193 cars.

 

Willemen Bouw was established on 30 April 2025 through the merger of Willemen Construct, Cosimco, Franki Construct and Tools.
