On a 2.2-hectare site in the centre of Sint-Niklaas, an old textile factory has made way for 102 apartments and 14 homes. The project offers a huge variety of options: one to three-bedroom units ranging from 61 tot 135 m². Sustainability and the environment are paramount on this project, and new green landscaping has been created around the residential complex.
