Tubize Outlet Mall - Tubize

Description

Tubize Outlet Mall, in short TOM, is the heart of the new Confluence district along the Charleroi-Brussels Canal in Tubize. Willemen Construct, Franki and Willemen Infra are jointly shaping this outlet, which with its 14,000 m² of commercial space and 1,100 underground parking spaces, is aiming at 1.7 million visitors a year. Special features of the project include an 8,000 m² urban agricultural zone on the roofs of the outlet shopping centre.

Willemen Infra is a leading, Belgian road construction company with a regional presence in both Flanders and Wallonia. An important asset is that we have all aspects of the construction process under our own management and thus fully control the execution. Moreover, our team of 1,000 well-trained and experienced employees are willing to work at night and over the weekend to make sure they get everything done in time. In addition, thanks to our own COPRO-certified production and recycling sites, we are one of the leading producers for asphalt and road concrete.

Since 1998 Franki has been part of Willemen Groep, the largest family construction group in Belgium.

Willemen Construct came into being on 1 July 2018 as a result of the merger between Willemen General Contractor and the construction department of Kumpen.
