After good cooperation with Willemen General Contractor, Antonissen Projectontwikkeling has teamed up with Cosimco to build 30 business units in Relegem, a part of Asse. Concretely this takes the form of two separate 5,590 m² and 2,820 m² warehouses, each in the form of a steel structure with sandwich panels and aerated concrete walls on a concrete slab base, and with an asphalted ring road and parking spaces. The individual units are accessed via large door/window frame assemblies and wide roller doors. Finishing will be discussed separately with individual buyers.
