Cosimco is building new offices for Colruyt Group at its headquarters on the Edingsesteenweg in Halle. The office complex has four floors, a technical floor and basement. The new building covers an area of 10,500 m² and is delivered wind- and waterproof and with partial finishing.

The open plan offices are designed around a central core and the above-ground structure consists of precast concrete columns, beams and vaults. The façades are partly in brick facing , partly in fibre cement lining and partly in solid-core sheeting. The technical level takes the form of a steel structure with steel sandwich panel cladding.

The project includes all the earthworks, insulation work, roofing, aluminium exterior joinery and blinds, tiling and bluestone, drainage, plastering, stairs etc. Finally, a new concrete slab will be placed for the bicycle storage area, and an approximately 6,000 m² parking area laid in asphalt, concrete pavers and grass squares.

Work started in early August 2014 and runs until the end of 2015. Cosimco has previously built a number of stores for Colruyt and Dreamland, in Kontich, Boom, Ninove, Deurne and elsewhere.
