Renovation and expansion of the shopping centre in three phases. The central hall was transformed into a forum with an open wooden construction as an eye-catcher. The shopping centre itself was expanded with 25 shops spread over 5,000 m². The shops remained open during the renovation and expansion works. A sophisticated logistics system limited our site occupation for the construction site organisation and kept the shops easily accessible for deliveries. After the renovation, the Belgian Luxembourg Council of Shopping Centers voted Wijnegem Shop Eat Enjoy the best shopping centre in Belgium.
