Cosimco built a new showroom and workshop for car distributor D'Ieteren and Automobile Center Mechelen (ACM). The project included renovating an existing garage on the A12 in Breendonk and the construction of a new building, including showroom, workshops and warehouses for Volkswagen and Skoda. The total area is 2,350 m².

The existing building was stripped before extending it by approximately 1,150 m2. Cosimco was responsible for the roofing, floors, walls, false ceilings, doors, joinery and the entire finishing work. There are also new outer walls and 1,650 m2 of outdoor surfacing, with an asphalt and grass tile parking lot. The project also includes all technical installations, electrical works, HVAC and plumbing.

For ACM, Cosimco has already built the new Audi dealership in Mechelen and also renovated the Volkswagen garage.
