Spitsstroken op de E313 tussen Hasselt en Lummen
 

Realiseren van een spitsstrook op de bestaande pechstrook van de E313 tussen het klaverblad Lummen en Hasselt-West (complex 27). Er kwamen nieuwe pechhavens naast de snelweg en de op- en afritten Zolder-Lummen (complex 26) en Hasselt-West (complex 27) werden vernieuwd. De 7 kilometer bijkomende spitsstrook in de richting van Luik moet de doorstroming verbeteren en files en sluipverkeer verminderen. De rijweg is vernieuwd met een geluidsarme toplaag asfalt.
